RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Scraped Timber Co., we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our attention to detail in construction, design and material is unwavering. And so is our commitment to our customers satisfaction.
Please note that refunds are only issued within 30 days of delivery and proof of purchase is required. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
When returning an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and further instructions will be given to you. We ask that you pack your return securely and retain your shipping receipt for your records. Once we receive your return, the refund will be issued assuming there are no damages to the product.
Furniture orders are put on the waiting list immediately upon order. Once removed from the wait list, your order will be placed on the build schedule, when 50% of the purchase price is due. Once we receive 50% deposit, specific wood orders are placed to have the furniture built to your specifications. Furniture orders can only be cancelled or changed without penalty within 72 hours of purchase. Furniture orders cancelled after 72 hours but before the time of delivery can be refunded, but a non-refundable 10% fee will be charged. Furniture orders cancelled after 30 days will be charged the 50% deposit. After delivery, the rest of the payment will be charged. Your custom furniture cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your furniture is delivered damaged, please contact us at email@example.com we will work with you.
Exchanges can only be made for different sizes/colors of t-shirts and customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. In order to process an exchange, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and order number.
For all other exchanges, simply return your item and then place a new order for the item you’d like in exchange.
FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
Clearance items purchased are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All prices online are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.
